2.Attach lower elevator tubes (32) and counter balance spring (33) to backboard support brackets (27) using spacers (26), bolt (29), and nut (31) as shown.
NOTE:
Rim mounting nuts and bolts (48) supplied with rim hardware.
DO NOT use washers (47) here on spring return style rims.
