3.5 Additional Dialing Information

To make an emergency call:

Enter the international emergency number for your locale, and then tap Talk.

To make an international call:

1.Tap and hold the 0 key on the Phone screen until the + sign appears. The + replaces the international access code for the country from which you are calling (for example, 911 for international calls placed from the United States).

2.Enter the full phone number you want to dial, and then tap Talk. The full phone number includes country code, area code (without the leading zero, if any) and phone number.
