Peaches and Cream Pie
250g cream cheese, softened
½cup pie peaches 1½ tablespoons honey
2 sheets pre-rolled puff pastry
Choc Marshmallow Treats
100g gláced cherries
100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
¼ cup crushed nuts
12 pink marshmallows, cut in half
2sheets pre-rolled puff pastry, cut in half
4 minutes or until golden brown. Trim excess pastry. Repeat with remaining pastry and filling. Serve hot.
