For Vista users: If you are prompted with the “an unidentied program
wants to access your computer” security message, click ALLOW.
6. Two icons are created on your PC’s desktop. “Remote Agent” is the
software which allows you to view your DVR from your PC. “Backup
Player” allows you to view footage from your DVR that you have
archived to a USB drive.
7. Double click the Remote Agent icon on your desktop to begin using
the remote viewer software.
