Actual Throughput Performance

This section of the NETWORK STATUS tab displays the Current Transmit (Tx) Rate and the Current Receive (Rx) Rate of the channel being monitored.

These are actual throughput diagrams (without the WLAN protocol overhead).

 

Radio On/Off Box

 

Clicking the Radio Off checkbox turns the radio off. Deactivating the checkbox turns the radio

 

on.

Another way to turn the radio on or off is to right-click the CONFIGURATION UTILITY icon in the system tray and click TURN RADIO OFF to turn the radio off. When the radio is off, click TURN RADIO ON to turn the radio back on.

You can also use the system hot key Alt+F2 to turn the radio on/off.

When the radio is off, there is no radio activity, and the following tabs are disabled:
