Step 5

Press the WASH key. This will cause the s anitizing

solution in the freezing cylinder to agitate. Allow it to

agitate for five minutes.

Step 6

With an empty pail beneath the door spout, raise the

prime plug.

Step 7

When a steady stream of sanitizing solution is flowing

from the prime plug opening in the bottom of the

freezer door, pull thedraw handle down. Draw off all of

the sanitizing solution.

Step 8

Once the sanitizer stops flowing from the door spout,

raiset he draw handle. Press the WASH key,cancelling

the beater motor operation.

Note: Be sure your hands are clean and san itized

before continuing theseinstructions.

Step 9

Lubricate the mix feed tube o- rings located on the end

of the tube with the small hole on the side. Stand the

mix feed tube in the corner of the mix hopper.
