THIS WARRANTY SPECIFIES YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PERMITTED BY LAW FOR THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM IS GIVEN BASED ON THE CONTRACT OR DUE TO ILLICIT HANDLING (INCLUDING LIABILITY OR NEGLIGENCE IRRESPECTIVE OF CULPABILITY). THIS WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
