1 INLEIDING

Gefeliciteerd met uw aankoop van het HBM Watch 1010. We hopen dat u geniet van de hartslagmeter en de vele voordelen die het toestel biedt. Bij het trainen of sporten gaat uw hart van nature sneller bloed door het lichaam pompen in functie van het gestegen energieniveau.

Het HBM Watch 1010 beschikt, naast de normale tijdfuncties van een horloge, ook over een hartslagmeter- en geheugenfunctie. Dankzij het stijlvolle design kunt u het comfortabel dragen tijdens uw work-outs en bij het dagelijkse gebruik.

2 VEILIGHEIDSINFORMATIE

Het gebruik van een hartslagmeter vervangt professionele medische aandacht NIET. Als u lijdt aan een hartaandoening, ziekte of recent met een fitnesstraining bent gestart, is het raadzaam een arts te raadplegen of met uw trainer te praten en een fitnessprogramma op uw maat uit te werken.

Het HBM Horloge 1010 mag alleen worden gebruikt als een leidraad voor een veilig hartritme tijdens trainingen. Het toestel mag NIET worden gebruikt als een medische hartslagmeter. Als u niet zeker bent van de gevolgen van uw trainingsprogramma voor uw hart, raadpleeg dan een arts.

Voor uw eigen veiligheid, raden we u aan het HBM Horloge 1010 enkel te gebruiken zoals voorgeschreven door uw arts of coach als u lijdt aan één van de volgende aandoeningen:

1.Cardiopulmonale aandoening

2.Zwaarlijvigheid.

3.Geen training gedurende langere periode

3 VERZORGING EN ONDERHOUD

Wrik de behuizing of het achterpaneel nooit met geweld open. Stel het horloge NIET bloot aan extreme weersomstandigheden, detergenten en oplosmiddelen. Laat het horloge niet vallen en behandel het met zachtheid. GEBRUIK het horloge NIET bij het duiken of onder water. Reinig het horloge met een droge zachte doek of een zachte doek, lichtjes bevochtigd met water en een mild reinigingsmiddel. Bewaar het horloge op een droge plaats wanneer u het niet gebruikt.
