13.7 AUTO EXERCISE TIMER (TMR)
In pulse mode:
Press button B until you enter Timer mode (TMR).
The timer is activated automatically whenever the pulse signal from the
chess belt is received.
Press button C to read the different times from your zone.
1. Below Zone - time
2. In Zone - time
3. Above Zone - time
4. Total exercise time
To reset the average heart rate and the timer. Press button B to enter the
timer mode (TMR) and then hold button C to clear all data.
13.8 STOPWATCH (SW)
In pulse mode :
Press button B until you enter the Stopwatch
mode (SW)
Press button C to start or to stop.
Press and hold button C to reset.
13.9 MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM HEART RATE (MEM)
In pulse mode:
Press button B until you enter the Memory
mode (MEM)
Press button C to check the maximum heart
(HI) and minimum heart rate (LO)
Press and hold button C to reset the data.
