Cloud Service TV

Cloud Service TV Freezes on the TV screen.

Power off or unplug the Television to reset the TV and turn the TV back
on. Then try the Cloud Service TV again

Pause or delay while navigating Cloud Service TV features and

apps.

Check the Internet connection to the Cloud Service TV for speed and
stability

Cloud Service TV wireless keyboard becomes unresponsive

Check wireless keyboard batteries
Ensure the power switch on the keyboard is turned ON

Light Indicator

The Power light on the front of the TV indicates the TV’s status, as
described below.

Power On/Standby light

Green:
The TV is On and operating properly.
Red:
The power is Off or in Standby.
