Monitoring battery power

Displaying remaining battery power

You can monitor the battery’s remaining charge. The

computer calculates the remaining battery charge as it

operates, based on your current rate of power use.

To show remaining power:

1Click Start, Control Panel, Performance and

Maintenance, and then Tos hi ba Power Saver.

The Toshiba Power Saver Properties dialog box appears.

The remaining battery charge is indicated on the top-left side

of the dialog box.

With repeated discharges and recharges, the battery’s

capacity gradually decreases. A frequently used older battery

The modem is on, set up properly and still will not transmit or receive data. The Windows XP wireless management facility does not work. DVD operating problems A blank screen appears while watching a DVD-ROM movie or title. Jumping video lines appear around the DVD-ROM video window. DVD titles, games, or applications appear distorted. The screen saver runs while you are watching a movie or title.
