Most instructions are based on remote control operation, unless otherwise noted. You can use the buttons on the remote control and those on the main unit as well when they have the same function.

If copy protection signal is detected during recording on this recorder, the recording automatically pauses and a message appears. In this case, the button cannot release the recording. (It is possible to end the recording by pressing the STOP button.) If the copy protection signal continues, the recording will terminate.
