Pausing a TV broadcast (Freeze function)

While watching a TV broadcast through this recorder, you can pause it. However, even if an image is still on the screen, the picture is running on the broadcast and you can still hear the sound on-going.

1 While watching a TV broadcast through this recorder, press FREEZE.

The TV broadcast pauses just as a still picture.

FREEZE e.g.

•When “Screen protector” is set to “On”, the freeze function will be cancelled about 15 minutes later.

To cancel the freeze function

Press FREEZE.

•The picture being broadcast displays on the screen.
