6.Enter up to 16 alphanumeric characters, (see the figure at the right) using the station keypad.

8.Repeat Steps 2~7 to enter more names/ numbers.

when your telephone is idle.
We suggest that you enter the station number and the user name.
The new information displays on the top line of station 111’s LCD. The Administrator station LCD returns to the normal idle display.
Your Soft Keys are turned ON.
➤To erase other station name/number displays
➤From the Administrator station, repeat Steps 1~6 of the previous procedure and press , in the alpha mode in Step 6.
