Record Your Name

Your name is announced whenever the directory is accessed, you select the system

greeting, or a message is sent by another Stratagy ES user.

Stratagy ES prompts you through the entire recording sequence (menu shown below).

You can re-record your name at any time simply by repeating these steps.

Note Some Stratagy ES systems may not be configured to play your name when

you log on to your mailbox.

From the Change User Options Menu:

Record your Name

Record your name and

press when done.

Review recording

Re-record

Append recording

Cancel recording

Save recording
