Sequential Image Photography (Burst Mode)

The sequential shot takes four pictures in sequence with a 1-second (low- light) to 1/30-second (bright-light) interval between each frame.

This mode is effective for continuously photographing moving subjects.

Getting Ready

Set the mode dial to [ ].

Set the REC. mode to [BURST].

1Press the MENU button.

2Use the or buttons to select [REC.MODE] and press the

button.

3Use the or buttons to select [BURST] and press the

ENTER button.

4Press the MENU button.

The shutter is opened and closed 4 times.

Memo

The photography interval changes according to the photographic conditions.

Flash photography is not possible.

To take a sequential shot, there must be at least four images left on the SmartMediaTM.

The burst photography is not possible when you set the image quality to TIFF.

If you want to take a picture in burst mode, set the image quality to JPEG (★★★, ★★ or ).
