For connecting a cable box or a satellite receiver to this recorder, follow the instructions below:

Preparation:

•To control channels of the connected set top box from the recorder, connect the supplied IR control cable to the CHANNEL CHANGE IR jack of the recorder. ( page 25)

•Confirm which type your connection is.
