Schließen Sie den DB9-Port des Primärservers mit dem grauen oder hellbraunen Kabel der USV (für komplette intelligente RS-232- Kommunikation) an den mit „LAN 4.1“ beschrifteten DB9-Port an.**

*Serielle Portanschlüsse sind optional. Die USV funktioniert auch ohne diese Anschlüsse ordnungsgemäß.

**Der DB9-Port „LAN 4.1“ ist immer aktiviert und wird nicht von den DIP-Schaltern der LAN-Schnittstelle gesteuert.

a.Schließen Sie diese über die schwarzen Kabel der USV an die mit „LAN 2.2“ beschrifteten DB9-Ports an (die ein grundsätzliches Ausschalten durch Kontaktschließung ermögichen).

b.Stellen Sie ihre entsprechenden DIP- Schalter für LAN-Schnittstellen auf die Position „ACTIVATE“ (UNTEN) ein. Die Schalter und die jeweils von ihnen gesteuerten Ports sind im Diagramm dargestellt.***

***Wenn an keinen mit „LAN 2.2“ beschrifteten DB9-Port ein Computer angeschlossen wird, müssen die entsprechenden DIP-Schalter der LAN-Schnittstelle auf die Position DEACTIVATE (OBEN) eingestellt

werden. Hinweis: DIP-Schalter Nr. 3 ist ohne Funktion.
