Layout placement on card

The printer driver uses a technology that allows you to quickly setup and adjust the document properties for correct layout placement on the printed card.

This section describes the idea behind it and how to find the correct settings in six intuitive steps.

For first time users, take the card template that was used for designing the layout. Place it in front of you to be able to look at it and to turn the card.

Open the printing preferences in the application you want to print (usually in menu File -> Print... - > select printer -> click on Preferences...)
