5.Plug the AC Adapter into a standard 120 VAC wall outlet.
Do not use an outlet controlled by a wall switch.
Use only the Uniden AC Adapter supplied with this phone.
6.Place the Base Unit on a desk or tabletop.
In desk or table top installation, the Handset is designed to stand only vertically in the Base Unit.
DO NOT lay the Handset down on the Base Unit.
