Troubleshooting

If your Cordless Telephone is not performing to your expectations, please try these simple steps. If you are still unable to resolve the problems, contact Uniden Customer Service at (800) 297-1023, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday.

Charge light won’t come on

Make sure AC Adapter is plugged into the Base

when Handset is placed in

 

Unit and wall outlet.

Make sure that the charging contacts on the

 

 

Handset and Base Unit are clean.
