You cannot make a call from the Caller ID list if your EXT 1865 is connected to private branch exchange (PBX).

You can place a call from the Caller ID list.
The EXT 1865 stores up to 50 messages.

Long Distance calls and Area code
Set or cancel a long distance call by pressing 
then the area code
by pressing 
while the incoming call information is displayed (in step 1).
