•You cannot make a call from the Caller ID list if your TRU 346 is connected to a private branch exchange (PBX).
•When a long distance call has been set, “1“ appears in the display.
•In Caller ID operation, if no key is pressed within 20 seconds, an error tone sounds and the telephone returns to the standby mode.

Calling a party from the Caller ID list
You can place a call from the Caller ID list. The TRU 346 stores up to 50 messages.

Long Distance call and Area Code setting
Pressing 
while the incoming call information is displayed (in step 1) will
set or cancel a Long Distance call. Pressing 
will set or cancel the area code setting.
Dial edit
You can edit the phone number of the Caller ID data when you press 
af ter step 1.
