5. Dead Pixel Policy
Dead pixels on the TFT LCD panel are sometimes inevitable. ViewEra guarantees that the monitor will be replaced if the number of dead pixels on our monitor is more than 5 pixels. No dead pixel warranty may be provided during the pr- omotion period.
