4. The system will confirm deletion and announce “Announcement deleted.”
When your announcement is deleted, calls will be answered with the programmed announcement “Hello. Please leave a message after the tone.”
Message playback
Press PLAY/STOP

to listen to new messages. The system will announce the number of new messages recorded and then play them. If there are no new messages, all old messages will be played.
