ASSEMBLY
1.Using a set of small pliers, attach a wheel clip to one side of the wheel axle.

2.Tighten the wheel clip until you hear a snap. The click sound indicates that the wheel clip is secured.

3.From the opposite side of the wheel clip slide one of the back wheels onto the wheel axle.
4.Slide the wheel all the way to the end of the wheel axle and stop at wheel clip.

5.Place a wheel cover on the end of wheel and push down to secure.
