sible heart rate | (your maximum possible heart rate | |||||||
is 220 minus your age). If desired, you can change |
|
|
|
| ||||
the percentage by pressing the HEART RATE but- |
|
|
|
| ||||
tons. Each time one of the buttons is pressed, the |
|
|
|
| ||||
percentage will change by 5%. The percentage can |
|
|
|
| ||||
be from 60% to 85%. As the percentage is changed, |
|
|
|
| ||||
the heart rate se | tting shown in the PULSE display | |||||||
will also change. |
