USING YOUR MEAT GRINDER
TO GRIND MEAT
1.Place the head tightly into the motor base opening. Holding the head with one hand, place the locking knob in the hole on the side of the motor base and tighten it clockwise.
2.Place the feed screw into the head; long end first, by turning the feed screw slightly until it is set into the motor base.
3.Place the cutting blade onto the feed screw shaft with the sharp blades facing out away from the front of the appliance. Note: If it is not fitted properly, the meat will not be ground.
4.Place the desired cutting plate next to the sharp side of the cutting blade by fitting the tabs into the slots.
5.Screw the screw cap clockwise until tight. Do not over tighten.
6.Place the hopper plate on the head and fix into position. Cut all the food into pieces so that they fit easily into the hopper opening.
