SAUSAGE MAKING
Prepare the meat by grinding it through the 3/16 inch fine grinding plate and mixing the sausage ingredients until all the spices are evenly distributed.
1.Place the sausage tube collar over the desired size sausage tube. Hold the sausage tube with the collar against the cutting plate.
2.Slide the screw cap over the sausage tube and collar and screw into place.
3.With the motor running, use the food pusher to push the ground sausage meat into
Jamming: If the circuit breaker stops the motor, or if the motor continues to function but no meat comes out of the cutting plate, try reversing the motor. If unsuccessful, switch the appliance to “OFF” and clean the appliance before continuing.
CLEANING YOUR MEAT GRINDER
1.Switch to “OFF” and unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet.
2.Make sure the motor has stopped completely. Disassemble by following the assembly steps in reverse order. Note: To easily remove the cutting plate, place a knife or screwdriver between the cutting plate and head.
3.Remove all food from the appliance.
4.Carefully wash all parts, except for motor base in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. To prolong the life of your meat grinder, do not wash parts in the dishwasher.

•Do not use any bleaching solution containing chlorine as it will discolor the aluminum surfaces.
•Apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the feed screw, cutting blade, and head after washing and drying.
