CONCEPTOS CUBIERTOS Pot? LA GARANTIA:

Defectos de fabrication que impidan total o parcialmente el correct0 funcionamiento del aparato que se presenten dentro de 10s terminos de vigencia de esta garantia. En este case, la reparation se hara sin costo alguno para el comprador o usuario. Si se requiere el reemplazo de alguno de 10s componentes, piezas o del aparato, asimismo correra por cuenta del otorgante. lgualmente 10s gastos de transporte dentro de la red de servicio y mano de obra derivados del cumplimiento de la garantia seran cubiertos por el otorgante.

CONCEPTOS QUE INVALIDAN LA GARANTIA:

Cuando el product0 ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales (el refrigarador no es para uso comercial o industrial).

Cuando el product0 no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el Manual de Instalacion, Uso y Cuidado del refrigerador.

Cuando el product0 ha sido alterado o reparado por personas o establecimientos no autorizados por Servicio Acres-Whirlpool S.A. de C.V.

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA HACER EFECTIVA LA GARANTIA:

Al considerar al comprador que ha ocurrido alguno de 10s eventos amparados por esta poliza, debera ponerse en contact0 con alguno de 10s establecimientos indicados en la lista de Centros de Servicio autorizados aqui incluida.

TERMINO

Esta garantia tiene una vigencia de UN Am0 en todas sus partes usuario reciba de conformidad el producto. Ademas de la cobettura base de un aAo, esta garantia ampara 10s siguientes componentes y periodos adicionales;

4 aAos para el sistema de refrigeration que se compone del compresor, evaporador, secador, condensador, filtro, tubo de conexion y suction.
