AUTO DEFROST CHART

1. Meat setting

FOOD	WHEN YOU SEE MESSAGE	SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Beef		Meat of irregular shape and large, fatty cuts
		of meat should have the narrow or fatty areas
		shielded with foil at the beginning of a
		defrost cycle.
Ground Beef,	Remove thawed portions with fork.	Do not defrost less than 1⁄4 lb.
Bulk	Turn over. Return remainder to oven.
Ground Beef,	Separate and rearrange.	Do not defrost less than two 4 oz patties.
Patties

Round Steak	Turn over. Cover warm areas with
	aluminum foil.

Place on a microwavable roasting rack.

Tenderloin	Turn over. Cover warm areas with
Steak	aluminum foil.
Stew Beef	Remove thawed portions with fork.
	Separate remainder. Return
	remainder to oven.

Place on a microwavable roasting rack.

Place in a microwavable baking dish.

Pot Roast, Chuck Roast

Rib Roast

Turn over. Cover warm areas with aluminum foil.
