Turn on exhaust fan.
See page 2.5 for cleaning and re- placement instructions.
Unblock vent duct or outside opening.
Close door or window causing draft.
Trim off all meat fat.
Level cooktop. (See Installation Instructions.)
Use only tested recipes from a reliable source.
Refer to a reliable cookbook for recommended pan type and size.
Pan should be the same size or slightly larger than surface unit being used.
