NOTE: Do not allow food containing acids (such as vinegar, tomato or lemon juice) to remain on surface. Acids may remove the glossy finish.
Also, wipe up milk or egg spills when cooMop is cool. Be careful when cleaning around model and serial number plate; the numbers wipe off easily.
Surface burners
Clean with warm, soapy water and a sponge.
