Durante la cottura, regolare il fornello

di modo che la fiamma riscaldi solo il fondo della padella e non ne fuoriesca.

Girare sempre i manici delle padelle di

modo che non sporgano sulle aree adiacenti o sul bordo del piano di cottura.

Controllare sempre la posizione della manopola di controllo per accertarsi

che il piano di cottura sia spento a fine cottura.

Accendere i fornelli prima di poggiarvi

sopra una padella o griglia. Inoltre, prima di togliere la padella o la griglia, portare la manopola di controllo sulla

posizione OFF (spenta).

Accendere la cappa di ventilazione cinque minuti prima della cottura;

così facendo si crea una corrente d’aria, migliorando l’aspirazione di vapore ed umidità.

Durante la frittura con olio/grasso, accertarsi che la padella sia sufficien-

temente grande per il volume desider- ato di alimenti senza eventuale sovraflusso causato dalla bollitura. Non allontanarsi mai da una friggitrice in funzione. Evitare di friggere alimenti che siano umidi o ancora congelati, in quanto alimenti con alto contenuto idrico potrebbero causare schizzi dell’olio/grasso. Riscaldare l’olio/il grasso lentamente e miscelare eventuali combinazioni di olio e grasso prima di riscaldarli. Usare

un termometro per friggitrice onde evitare di riscaldare il grasso a temperature superiori al punto di infiammazione.
