Maintenance Schedule
Daily:
•Pump handle of the one shot lubrication system
•Clean machine to remove debris.
•Make sure table/vise is clean and free of metal chips.
•Clean spindle openings before inserting tools.
•Check for any unsafe conditions.
Weekly:
•Place five drops of oil on the drawbar splines.
•Thoroughly clean the machine ways to remove chips and debris.
•Clean and grease the longitudinal, cross, and knee lead screws.
Monthly:
•Clean/vacuum dust buildup from the motor.
•Check mill for level, correct if necessary.
Every Six Months:
•Inspect belts for wear, and replace as needed.
