MAINTENANCE
Maintenance NotesMaintenance Schedule
Daily:
• Pump handle of the one shot lubrication system 2-4 times.
• Clean machine to remove debris.
• Make sure table/vise is clean and free of metal chips.
• Clean spindle openings before inserting tools.
• Check for any unsafe conditions.
Weekly:
• Place five drops of oil on the drawbar splines.
• Thoroughly clean the machine ways to remove chips and debris.
• Clean and grease the longitudinal, cross, and knee lead screws.
Monthly:
• Clean/vacuum dust buildup from the motor.
• Check mill for level, correct if necessary.
Every Six Months:
• Inspect belts for wear, and replace as needed.
