The blade tracking has been properly set at the factory. The tracking will rarely need to be adjusted if the bandsaw is used properly.

(% DISCONNECT BANDSAW FROM POWER!

)% Position the bandsaw in the vertical position.

*% Open the wheel access cover.

+% Loosen, but do not remove the lower hex bolt in the blade wheel tilting mechanism shown in =`^li\+-.

,% Use the blade tension knob to release the blade tension (see =`^li\+.).

-%Adjust the tracking hex bolt, as shown in =`^li\+., then tighten the lower hex bolt loosened in Jk\g+.

—Tightening the tracking hex bolt will move the blade closer to the shoulder of the wheel.

—Loosening the tracking hex bolt will move the blade away from the shoulder.

.% Tension the blade.

/% Reconnect the power and turn FE the bandsaw.

—If the blade tracks along the shoulder of the wheel (without rubbing), the blade is tracking properly and this adjustment is completed.

—If the blade walks away from the shoulder of the wheel or hits the shoulder, turn the bandsaw F==, disconnect it from power, then repeat Jk\gj+$/.

0% Turn the bandsaw F==, disconnect it from power, then replace the blade guard and wheel access cover.
