Input/Transfer Drum/
Print Drum Area Jam
1Open the Front Cover.
2Locate the lodged material by looking inside the Input/
Transfer Drum area.
3Reach into the Input/Transfer Drum area, and gently
grasp the exposed corners of the jammed mate rial.
4Pull gently up and toward you until the material is
completely dislodged.
5If the material has adhered to the Transfer Drum, peel it
away from the drum surface.
Do not use tools or sharp objects to clear jams
since this may damage the printer. Do not touch
the surface of the Print Drum or the Transfer Drum.
Touching these surfaces may damage them.
6Close the Front Cover.
