Presetting Radio Stations
Presetting radio stations manually (Manual Preset)If you want to preset AM stations or FM radio wave reception is weak in your area, follow the procedure below to preset radio stations manually.

1Tune the radio station you want to preset.
For details, refer to “Tuning Radio Stations” (page 48).
2Press MEMORY.
“MEMORY” blinks in the CinemaStation display for about five seconds.
3Press A/B/C/D/E to select the preset group (A to E) to where you want to store the currently selected station.
Make sure the colon (:) appears in the CinemaStation display.

4Press d PRESET/TUNING u to select the preset number (1 to 8) to where you want to store the currently selected station.
5Press MEMORY.
The CinemaStation applies the selected preset group and number to the station.

•When presetting a radio station, the CinemaStation automatically sets the reception mode (stereo or monaural) at the same time.
•If you select a preset number that has been already applied to other station, it will be replaced with the new station.
•If the MEMORY indicator stops blinking before you perform step 3 above, Auto Preset is cancelled and you must start the procedure again.
Follow the procedure below to change the order of preset radio stations. In this procedure, we switch the radio stations preset to E1 and A5 for example.

1Select the radio station preset to E1.

2Press and hold PRESET/BAND for about three seconds.
“E1” and “MEMORY” blink in the CinemaStation display.
3While MEMORY is blinking, press A/B/C/D/E to select the preset group “A”, then press d PRESET/TUNING uto select the preset number “5”.
“A5” and “MEMORY” blink in the CinemaStation display.
4Press PRESET/BAND.

If the MEMORY indicator stops blinking before you perform step 3 above, Auto Preset is cancelled and you must start the procedure again.
