NoteThe XM Satellite Radio controlling functions in the following buttons (SEARCH MODE, XM, CATEGORY, PRESET/TUNING/CH l/ h, MEMORY, and DISPLAY) are only applicable to the U.S.A. model and are operational only when “XM” is selected as the input source. 3PRESET/TUNING•Switches the function of PRESET/TUNING/CH l/ h between selecting preset station numbers and selecting the tuning frequency.
•Edits the assignments of present stations.
4FM/AMSwitches the reception band between FM and AM.
5A/B/C/D/ESelects one of the 5 preset station groups (A to E) when “FM” or “AM” is selected as the input source.
•Selects one of the 8 preset station numbers (1 to 8) when “FM” or “AM” is selected as the input source. The colon (:) is displayed in the front panel display.
•Selects the tuning frequency when “FM” or “AM” is selected as the input source. The colon (:) is not displayed in the front panel display.
7Front panel displayShows information about the operational status of this unit.
8MEMORYStores a preset station in the memory. Hold down this button for more than 3 seconds to start automatic preset tuning.
9TUNING MODESwitches between automatic tuning (the AUTO indicator is turned on) and manual tuning (the AUTO indicator is turned off).
0VOLUMEControls the output level of all audio channels.
Note
This does not affect the AUDIO OUT (REC) level.
