Type the following letters, the X5’s default User Name and Password.

| Tip: If the Network Password box doesn’t display, perform | |
| the following in this order: | |
| a | Recheck all connections. |
| b | Restart the modem and computer. |
| c | Perform a “hard” reset. (See page 38.) |

connection and includes information that the X5 uses to automatically connect to your service provider.
aCheck that the VPI, VCI, and Encapsulation settings match those supplied by your service provider. (Refer to the table on page 5 if necessary or consult your provider.)
