2.2 Features

The Adapters offer the following features:

Fits any Ethernet cable type via modular snap-on media units

Supplied with drivers for Novell® NetWare® (ODI™), Microsoft® LAN Manager, 3Com® 3+Open™ (NDIS), Artisoft LANtastic and Packet TCP/IP

Powered by the Self-Powering Cable (SPC), or any standard 4 to 20V DC non-regulated power supply

Enhanced Parallel Port (EPP) support for increased performance

Provides extensive diagnostics and self-test capabilities

Automatically selects unidirectional or bidirectional mode

Supports parallel ports LPT1 through LPT4

Supports interrupt lines IRQ7 and IRQ5, as well as polling mode (when no interrupt line is available)

Power and network activity LEDs

Fast and easy installation

No jumpers or switches to set
