User Name	name of the user account
PIN	PIN of the BlackBerry device
Service Name	instance name of the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server
BlackBerry Device Model	model of the BlackBerry device
Platform Version	version of the platform that the BlackBerry device uses
BlackBerry Version	version of the applications that the BlackBerry device uses
Phone Number	phone number of the BlackBerry device
Serial Number	IMEI of the BlackBerry device
Active Carrier	current wireless service provider that the BlackBerry device is registered with
Home Carrier	initial wireless service provider that the BlackBerry device was registered with
