Installing a New Lamp

Note: An arc correcting magnet is used to make an even flow of elec- trodes to prevent a partial overheat of the lamp. In the arrangement, as illustrated, the magnet is installed in such a position that the N-pole of the magnet is toward you. The condition is similar to that of a lamp operated in the vertical position.

15.The projector is now ready to operate. Plug in the remote control, if required.

16.If you notice any damage to your slides it means that your lamp is not properly adjusted. Please readjust your lamp. See #13.
