Advanced port configuration

Advanced port configuration table is located under flLta31mPorts/flLta31mPortAdvanced in the device’s MIB sub-tree. The table is shown in figure 7-7.

SNMP traps

The management application also allows you to receive traps sent by the device (figure 7-8). Traps are sent by the Black Box® LB1351A after every configuration change. In addition traps will be sent to alert of the following events:

System up (cold start)

Temperature (when exceeds 650C for more than 1 minute)

TP link down

FO link down

TP link up (after at least 10 seconds down)

FO link up (after at least 10 seconds down)

Device reset (management initiated)

*traps for configuration changes will specify the initiator of the change (either local user or remote manager) where applicable.
