Decurler Profile options

Before you can create or use a Decurler Profile, you need to understand the function of the Decurler Profile options. The following illustration shows the Decurler Profile Properties window.

NOTE: Items 1-6 are discussed in the sections entitled Name and Downward/Upward Values.

1Name: Refers to the Productivity Mode setting.

2Productivity Mode:

Single Paper Weight or Mixed Paper Weight denotes the specific Productivity Mode that is set for the machine. For more information refer to page 2-10of this guide.

1 Sided: Face Up, 1Sided: Down...: Refers to the output print and correlates with the Productivity Mode.

3Downward Value: Refers to the amount of downward curl used to eliminate the curl on the output prints.

410mm, 6mm, 2mm: These measurement numbers represent the amount of reverse curl that is applied to the output prints.

5Upward Value: Refers to the amount of upward curl used to eliminate the curl on the output prints.
