Problems starting Plug-in Module CS-S as a plug-in from within another program

 

Cause 1:

Insufficient memory to start Plug-in Module CS-S

 

Solution:

Close programs other than the host program and start Plug-in Module CS-S

 

 

 

 

Cause 2:

Plug-in Module CS-S is not installed

 

Solution:

Install Plug-in Module CS-S (See Quick Start Guide)

 

 

 

 

Cause 3:

Plug-in Module CS-S is not installed in the program’s plug-in folder

 

Solution:

Plug-in Module CS-S is a plug-in. If the other program does not have Plug-in

 

 

Module CS-S installed, it will not work. Install Plug-in Module CS-S (See Quick

 

 

Start Guide)

 

 

 

Problems with the Scanner

Scanner not identified (Part 1: Windows)

Cause 1: SCSI card not properly installed

Solution:

Install SCSI card properly (Make sure the SCSI card is securely seated into the

 

slot)

 

 

Cause 2:

SCSI driver not installed

Solution:

Install SCSI driver (See Quick Start Guide)
