IMPORTANT NOTE

To place a CD on the tray, fit the CD hole to the lug in the center of the tray and press it firmly until you hear a click. Lose insertion of the CD can cause damage to the internal assemble of the drive.

Critical Points

￿Because the built-in CD drive unit of the PC is electronically locked, setting/removing a CD is possible only when the PC is running.

￿The tray may not be completely shut if the PC power is off. In this case, switch the PC power on and try it again.

￿To remove a CD take the same procedures as those for setting.

￿Should the tray do not eject out by any reason, double click on the “My computer” icon, right click on the “CD” icon in the “My computer” dialog box, then click on the “Eject” button.

If this does not solve the problem, then use a ball-point pen, etc., poke in the hole in the front surface of the CD drive unit and at the right side of the eject button, and draw the tray out.
