Setting the Memory Connective Switches

These switches can be used to disconnect address lines disabled by the memory capacity switching function from buffers and using them as user resources instead when the external-memory emulation function is used. Even when the external-memory emulation function is not used, the switches can be used to disconnect those address lines from buffers to reduce the load on the address lines used as user resources.

Figure 5.4-3 shows the factor settings of the switches; Table 5.4-2 lists the elements of the switches and their respective signal conductors and evaluation MCU’s pin numbers.
