Power outage
Your access to emergency services through the phone application requires that the phone connect to a network. If an interruption in the power supply for your router occurs, Service and Emergency Calling Service dialing does not function until power is restored. In the case of a power failure or disruption, you may need to reset or reconfigure equipment before you can use the Service or Emergency Calling Service dialing.
Emergency response notification
The text of the Emergency Response Notification displays the first time that you open the Phone application and also when you select an existing VPN network or add a new VPN network.
