Step 4 Connect the DC power lead from the first external power source to the DC terminal block A labeled –48V. Step 5 Connect the return wire (RTN) to terminal block A labeled RTN (+).

If you have redundant DC power, continue with Step 6.

If you do not have redundant DC power, go to Step 8.

Step 6 Connect the DC power lead from the second external power source to the DC terminal block B labeled –48V. Step 7 Connect the return wire (RTN) to terminal block B labeled RTN (+).
